Questions
How are prices set?
You see the price before you confirm. It’s based on distance and time, and deliveries include a small delivery fee.
How do I pay?
You pay by card in the app. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Drivio never stores your full card number.
How do I become a driver?
Apply on our Drive page. We’ll email you next steps for your license, registration, insurance, and background check. You can go online in the app once we approve you.
Do drivers have to pass a background check?
Yes. Every driver must pass a background check and be approved by our team before going online.
Is my phone number shared?
No. Calls between riders and drivers go through private lines.
Can I get food or packages delivered?
Yes. Choose Food or Package in the app, set the pickup and drop-off, and track your order live. Deliveries use a handoff code.
Where does Drivio operate?
